

SUBMIT VIDEOS
In 2025, we will introduce a new feature: participants who wish to do so will be able to submit narrated videos of surgeries in which they have participated, free of charge. These videos will be shown to congress participants before the start of the Scientific Program. Check out the complete instructions for submitting videos BEFORE filling out the form.
Technical Requirements
Maximum duration : 3 minutes. The in-person presentation will have a maximum duration of 4 minutes, with 1 additional minute for questions, totaling 5 minutes.
Maximum file size: 200 MB.
Accepted formats: .mp4, .mov, .avi, .wmv, .mpg
Language : Portuguese or English with mandatory narration.
Background music will not be allowed.
The video must contain explanatory narration.
Identifiable images of patients must be removed.
Videos without a declaration of conflict of interest at the beginning will not be accepted.
If the video includes a series of cases, it is necessary to present approval or exemption from the Ethics Committee (CEP).
Limit of 03 videos per main author.
Video Structure
The video must be scientific, with an educational focus.
Avoid promotional tone.
Follow this content model:
Objective: brief contextualization and problem to be addressed
Method: description of the procedure, instruments used, approach
Results: efficacy, case outcome, relevant findings
Conclusion: lessons learned, practical application, future implications
Disclosure of conflicts of interest: mandatory in slide or video at the beginning

Each participant may submit more than one video, but in separate files and forms.
Accepted videos will be presented during the symposium and may be selected for awards or spotlight.
